Explorers – (aged 14–18)

This Explorer Scout Unit is part of the Bedford & Ouse Valley District’s provision of Scouting, attached to the Putnoe Scout Group.

The Explorer programme is a great opportunity for young people to develop skills that will benefit them as they transition into adult life.

The Explorers take responsibility for their own programme of activities and outdoor activities feature prominently, with the highlight being camping.  They will also have the chance to take part in The Duke of Edinburgh Award and Jamborees.
