Adult Volunteers

We have a vibrant team of volunteers at the Putnoe Scout Group, so we will be able to find you something that is right for you.

Section Teams

Our Leaders are supported by our Leadership Team and they run the programme of activities for our young people, encouraging them to try new things and develop those essential skills for life.

Whilst doing this, our volunteers learn new skills of their own and gain self confidence when sharing what they know, making friends and having fun along the way.

We have Sections running every evening during the week, covering all age groups and would love you to join us:-

Squirrels – Age 4 to 6 (Opening in September 2023)

Beavers – Age 6 to 8

Cubs – Age 8 to 10.5

Scouts – Age 10.5 to 14

Explorers – Age 14 to 18

Board of Trustees

Our Trustee Board is also made up entirely of volunteers and their focus is on our governance activities, such as ensuring that we have sufficient resources (funds, people, property and equipment) available for the delivery of a high quality programme.
